Dr. Phillip Bii is the Dean, School of Business and Entrepreneurship, Bomet University College. He holds a PhD in Business Management (Strategic Management), Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology and a Master of Business Administration from Moi University. His research interest is on leadership and Emotional Intelligence. He is a Senior Lecturer in Strategic Management and has a lot of experience years in both Academic and Corporate World. Dr. Richard Rotich is the Chairman of the Department of Management Science. He holds a PhD in Business management (Strategic Management) from Moi University, Kenya; Master of Business Administration from Kenyatta University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Education from Egerton University. His research interest is in field of Human Resource capabilities, Employee retention, Work arrangements, Organizational competitiveness and Quality of work life; He is an associate member KIM and a member IHRM; also, a career motivational speaker. He is a lecturer in the field of management science and has authored and published papers in referred journals. In 2017, he attended a six weeks Strategic Leadership Development Program (SLDP) training at the Kenya School of Government. Dr. C.G. Nkaabu is a Lecturer in the School of Business and Entrepreneurship at Bomet University College. He is a holder of PhD in Business Management (Marketing Option) from Moi University. He has extensive experience in teaching, research and supervision of post graduate students. He has held positions of Campus Director and Senior Assistant Registrar in his previous appointments. Dr.C.G. Nkaabu has consulted for various corporations in the areas of rebranding, product development, customer satisfaction surveys, attitude change, customer service and strategy development. He is a seasoned trainer and a motivational speaker. He has mentored and continues to mentor many students. His research interests are in the areas of branding, consumer behaviour, knowledge management and entrepreneurship. Notably, he has authored numerous papers in peer reviewed journals. Patrick Ojera Pic July 2020 No21Prof. Patrick Boniface Ojera teaches accounting, finance, auditing, taxation and management with a rich flavor of industry experience, focusing on current trends and issues.  He is passionate about developing contemporary ethical financial and general management professionals.A Certified Public Accountant of Kenya, CPA (K), Prof. Ojera joined Bomet University College as Associate Professor, Finance and Accounting, in October 2020.   He has extensive experience in top management in industry and academic administration; focusing on financial, strategic and general management.He has co-authored a university level accounting book and has over 60 publications in peer-reviewed journals. Prof. Ojera was “Winner of the 2019 Emerald Literati Award for Outstanding Author Contribution for Book Chapter 'Indigenous Financial Management Practices in Africa: A Guide for Educators and Practitioners” published in Advanced Series in Management,  Volume 20, 71-96, Copyright @ 2018 by Emerald Publishing Limited. ISSN: 1877-6361. In addition Prof. Ojera has supervised over 60 postgraduate students to completion.

Moreover, he was In-charge of Secretariat to the 1 st and 2 nd Bomet University College International Conferences. BUC PROFILE PHOTODr. Wafula Olanga, is a Lecturer and examination coordinator Department of Accounting and Finance in the School of Business and Entrepreneurship, Bomet University College. He holds a PhD degree in Finance from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology. Dr. Wafula has extensive experience in Empirical Finance and Financial Risk Management in both Corporate and academic world. Dr. Wafula previously served as Lecturer in a number of Universities where he was involved in a number of departmental committees and reviewed academic programs in Accounting and Finance. He is a member of Institute of Certified Investment and Financial Analyst (ICIFA), Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP) and an associate member of Kenya Institute of Management. Dr. Wafula has extensive experience in research and has authored and published numerous peer reviewed academic articles in refereed journals besides presenting numerous papers in conferences. He has supervised PhD Theses, MSc, and MBA Dissertations in both public and private universities with a bias in Finance. He holds an earned Ph.D in Entrepreneurship Development (Policy) and an MSc. Entrepreneurship Studies, both from Moi University and a B.Ed Arts (Economics / Geography) Degree from Maseno University. He is a Certified Enterprise Development Agent by the UNDP-K and full member of the Kenya Institute of Management. He is an author and publisher in Entrepreneurship Development and Niche Entrepreneurship Policy. Ms. Nelly Mutai holds a master’s in Business Administration (Finance Option) from Kenyatta University and Bachelor of Business Management from Moi University. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Business Administration (Finance option) at Kabarak University. Currently, she is serving as a Tutorial Fellow in the Finance and Accounting Department and the Examination Coordinator in the School of Business and Entrepreneurship. Dr Henry K. Cheruiyot PhD

Dr H. K. Cheruiyot PhD is a Lecturer in School of Business and Entrepreneurship at Bomet University College. He is a graduate of Moi University with PhD in Business Management (Strategic Management) 2018. He holds Masters in Business Management Administration (2007) Bachelor of Arts (1991) in Economics and Business Studies both from Kenyatta University. Dr H. K. Cheruiyot has held various senior positions both in Public and Private sector in Kenya. Notably Principal Labor Officer, Ministry of Labour in Kenya; also Human Resource Manager  Kaisugu Ltd, Head of Administration for two years and now Lecturer both at Bomet University College and also being in-charge of Stakeholders Engagement at the University College. His main desire has been and continues to excel in research, teaching, training, and development of high performing students and business clientele. Dr. John Wekesa Wanjala is a Lecturer in the school of Business and Entrepreneurship. He holds PhD in HRM, Masters in Business Administration (HRM option), Bachelor of Business Administration (HRM option), and Higher National Diploma in Human Resource Management. He has supervised masters’ students to graduation, has researched extensively in the area of people living with disability and has published extensively in the international peer review journals. He is knowledgeable in the areas of Human Resource Management, Strategic Management, Labour Laws, Business Laws, Company Laws, Economic Development, Conflict management and general management. JAMES ODHIAMBO ORINGO

James is currently working for Bomet University College as a Lecturer in the Department of Management Science, School of Business and Entrepreneurship. Prior to joining Bomet University College, he worked for Kenyatta University as a Lecturer from the year 2012 to August 2021. During his time at Kenyatta University, he managed to supervise research projects for seven (7) master degree students and published nine (9) papers in international refereed journals. He also worked for the Kenya Institute of Management (KIM) as a lecturer from the year 2017 to 2020. In addition, He doubles as the training and learning coordinator for the Kenya Youth Employment and Opportunity Project (KYEOP) in Mombasa County, which is a World Bank project implemented by the Government of Kenya through NITA and Kenyatta University. His other assignments include; Business Edge lead consultant and a certified trainer for International Finance Corporation’s (IFC) capacity building program in South Sudan, researcher at Kenyatta University Hub in the study entitled ‘Women Participation in Corporate Governance in Kenya’. The study is funded by Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation for a period of 5 years. The project started in 2018 and will end in 2023. He is a program management expert with majors in livelihood, capacity building projects and youth development programs. He has long history of designing and implementing projects that build the capacity of vulnerable and less fortunate members of the society to enable them lead a dignified life. In the not-for-profit sector, he worked as a senior executive for international organizations that include; The Agricultural Support Organization (TASO), Age Care Africa, South Sudan Older People Organization (SSOPO) and he is currently the Chairman of Health Services Consumer Rights Watch (HSCR-Watch). He has also worked for a number of corporate organizations as a senior manager both in Kenya and across borders. These include; Uchumi Supermarkets, Target Supermarket (US Franchise) and Eastman Kodak Chain Partner (DIS). He has Bachelor of Commerce Degree (Marketing) from University of Nairobi, Master in Business Administration (Strategic Management) from Kenyatta University and PhD in Business Administration (Strategic Management)- Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology. Justine

Mr Justine Mabati holds a Master of Business Administration (Accounting & Finance) and a Bachelor of Education Arts (Accounting Major) both from University of Nairobi. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Business Administration at Jomo Kenyatta University of Science and Technology (JKUAT). Justine is also a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya (CPA-K). He is currently serving as a Tutorial Fellow in the Department of Finance and Accounting. Justine has a wealth of experience in Academic and Corporate world in the areas of Taxation, Financial Accounting, Auditing and Financial Management. He is a member of Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK), Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) and of Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
